Terms of Service
Effective March 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing NextFlutter or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. NextFlutter reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For material changes, you will be notified by email at least 15 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Services
NextFlutter is an online learning platform dedicated to Flutter and Dart development. Our services include: structured courses organized in progressive learning paths (beginner to expert), a built-in IDE powered by DartPad, an AI Coach for code analysis and improvement, interactive exercises with automatic grading, a progress tracking and leaderboard system, recognized certifications, and access to a Flutter developer community. The free tier includes introductory courses. Advanced features — AI Coach, guided projects, certifications, and Premium content — are reserved for paid subscribers.
3. Account creation and authentication
To use the platform, you must create an account with a unique username and valid email address, or authenticate via an authorized third-party service (Discord). You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@nextflutter.com. NextFlutter reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account without notice for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The Premium subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. If a payment fails, Premium access is suspended after a 3-day grace period during which you will be notified. All prices are displayed in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your initial subscription, provided you have not started consuming digital content. To exercise this right, contact support@nextflutter.com.
5. Intellectual property
All content available on NextFlutter — courses, exercises, educational code snippets, design, trademarks, logos, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of NextFlutter SAS and is protected by French copyright law and international intellectual property conventions. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or partial extraction of the content, in any format, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. However, any code you write yourself as part of exercises or projects belongs entirely to you.
6. Acceptable use
By using NextFlutter, you agree to: not impersonate another user or NextFlutter; not post or transmit illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content; not attempt to access unauthorized parts of the platform, scrape its data, or bypass authentication or payment mechanisms; not share your credentials or Premium access with third parties; not use the platform to train AI models or build datasets without prior written consent. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Availability and warranties
NextFlutter aims to keep the platform accessible 24/7 with a monthly uptime target of 99.5%. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief interruptions and will be announced in advance when possible. NextFlutter is not liable for outages caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks. The platform is provided 'as is' — we do not warrant that the content is error-free or suitable for any specific professional situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextFlutter's total liability — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. NextFlutter disclaims any liability for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, or business losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may request account deletion at any time from your Profile Settings page. Deletion permanently removes your progress, certifications, and history. If you are a Premium subscriber, access remains active until the end of the current billing period. NextFlutter may suspend or terminate your account without notice for serious violations of these terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and before initiating any legal proceedings, please contact us at legal@nextflutter.com to seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris. European consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
